BECAUSE OF A MISTAKE IN IDENTITY, WE DID NOT GET A FAIR HEARING AT THE ALBERTA HUMAN RIGHTS AND CITIZENSHIP COMMISSION. BECAUSE OF THIS WRONGFULL DECISION, WE HAVE BECOME THE VICTIMS OF CANADIAN ASIAN, CHINSE, FILIPINO, PAKISTANI, INDIAN AND JEWISH PERSECUTION.WE HAVE LOST OUR JOBS WRONGFULY DSMISSED, WE HAVE BEEN SPAT ON, PUNCHED, KICKED, ROCKS THROWN AT US. OUR CONSTITUTIONAL AND HUMAN RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED; DUE TO THIS WRONGFULL DECISION AND BECAUSE THERE WAS NEVER ANY PERSON THAT COME FORWAD FROM ANY ASIAN OR JEWISH GROUP AND SAID THAT WE HARMED A HAIR ON THEIR HEAD. THIS WRONGFUL DECISION BY THE ALBERTA HUMAN RIGHTS AND CITIZENSHIP COMMISSION HAS HAD A CATASTROPHIC EFFECT ON OUR LIVES.
For 15 years, we have lobbied the Alberta legislature to amend the Alberta Mental Health Act with an involuntary treatment for seriously mentally ill. For our efforts we were spat on, punched, kicked, and rocks thrown at us. We told the Alberta Human Rights and Citizenship Commission that we are the victims of a mistake in identity; and that the commission should pay attention too and defend the rights of a voiceless minority the seriously mentally ill. The commission refused. Without the help of any lawyer or any organization, we introduced a private bill in the legislature to amend the Alberta Mental Health Act. IN 2006, THIS BILL PASSED IN THE ALBERTA LEGISLATURE. For 25 years, we have lobbied law firms, HOWARD MACKIE, BENNET JONES VERSHERE, HEREDANCE AND CO. We have lobbied lawyers, Scott Watson, Lindsey Neville, Terence Semenuk, and John McPherson. We have lobbied members of the Alberta Legislature Garry Mar and Ralph Klein, and we have lobbied the Alberta Human Rights and Citizenship Commission and all we have is their sympathy because all they have to say is “THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU”. All we want is a fair hearing and this is how Alberta Human Rights and Citizenship Commission treat minorities in Alberta. We are CZECHS. There are about 2500 Czechs living in Alberta. Therefore, we are a minority within minorities and nobody wants to listen to the concerns of Czechs in Alberta. There are 10 million Czechs living in the Czech Republic and for 300 years, Germany burned our books and forbade the speaking of the Czech language. Germany occupied the Czech Republic until 1918 and a 100 million Germans failed to destroy the Czech nation. How is it possible that Canada has done the same thing to the Aboriginal Nations as Germany did to the Czech nation? There is no one in Canada that wants to help the Aboriginal Nations. When the German NAZIS returned to the Czech Republic in 1939, the Czech nation was No. 3 on Hitler’s, to be gassed list in concentration camp ovens. No. 1 was the Jews, No. 2 was the non-white races, and No. 3 was the Czechs. In 1984, we wrote and produced a play “THERE IS A ROSE GARDEN” at the Pumphouse Theatre. The artistic community in Calgary warned us to produce the play under an assumed name because a production with our Czech names will result in a low attendance.
Louie B. Hobson’s critical review clearly demonstrates to the Alberta Human Rights and Citizenship Commission that we are victims of a mistake in identity and there is no possible chance that we are anti-Semitic or racist. This mistake in identity cannot be any clearer than the fact that one cannot find a Jewish person or Chinese, Punjabi, Indian, Pakistani, and or Filipino, and or any other Asian who would testify before the Alberta Human Rights and Citizenship Commission that we are anti-Semitic or anti-Asian. We told Ralph Klein that we are a targeted group and we asked Ralph Klein 3 times for help, once when he was a television reporter and twice in his long career as the premier of Alberta. All we received was the standard Alberta answer “THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU”. We are a minority within minorities and one of us is a World War II German NAZI survivor. All we did was speak for the mentally ill and the wrongfully convicted. The Alberta Human Rights and Citizenship Commission must listen to all minority voices no matter how small the minority no matter how faint the voice. All we are asking for is a fair hearing from the Alberta Human Rights and Citizenship Commission. The Alberta Human Rights and Citizenship Commission ruling that we are anti-Semitic and anti-Asian is an insult to every Czech Patriot, living or dead. Shame on Alberta and shame on Canadians for allowing rulings like this to take place. We are innocent.
THE MANIFESTO FROM A CZECH MINORITY IS DISTRIBUTED BY HAND IN CALGARY.
We were being interviewed by the Calgary Police when he stopped by.

IT IS FAIR TO SAY THAT TODAY THIS ELECTION WAS A FRAUD. THE PRESS FROM DAY ONE SABOTAGED ME AND I WAS DISCRIMINATED 100% WITH NOT GETTING ONE LINE IN THE NEWSPAPER OR I MINUTE ON TV LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE. THEY WERE SAYING ABOUT ME THAT I AM RUNNING A LOW BUDGET CAMPAIGN AND I GOT 280 000 PEOPLE TO SEE MY WEBSITE. THEY EVEN SAID THAT MY WEBSITE IS THE WORST WEBSITE OF ALL THE CANDIDATE WEBSITES AND THAT DAY I GOT A RECORD 41 000 PEOPLE LOOKING AT MY WEBSITE AND THE COMMENTS I GOT WERE THAT IT IS A VERY CONSTRUCTIVE WEBSITE. THIS IS ELECTION FRAUD BECAUSE I WILL NEVER KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE VOTED FOR ME.
AT LAST THANK YOU
We have not received any response from the prime minister’s office or from the premiere Ed Stelmach’s office, and or Lindsey Blacket’s office. By our experience we could be waiting for a while so while we wait for response from the prime minister’s office or from the premiere Ed Stelmach’s office, and or Lindsey Blacket’s office. Therefore, while we wait for a response we would like to continue to work on exposing the total incompetence of our federal and provincial governments. In 1997, we stared Victims of Schizophrenia Society so we could speak for a group of people who are a minority within minorities “PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM SCHIZOPHRENIA”
After making these findings, the USA government passed the law for involuntary treatment of the seriously mentally ill people. The USA also discovered that after implementing this law for involuntary treatment of the seriously mentally ill people that it saves lives and billions of dollars in health care cost. This is the reason why we started to lobby the Alberta government to pass this law for involuntary treatment of the seriously mentally ill people in Alberta. Once again, for our effort we were beaten by the press and city council, harassed and arrested. Our publication the “SILVER BULLET” was the key element to passing the law for involuntary treatment. Without any response from the Alberta government in 2006, we established Victims of Schizophrenia Society and as the society, we introduced a private bill to the Alberta legislature to amend the Alberta Mental Health Act to include involuntary treatment of the seriously mentally ill. The bill was passed into law in 2007. To this day the law has not been administered properly because we do not have the hospital beds for the mentally ill and we do not have enough psychiatrists an qualified nurses to take care of these seriously mentally ill people. The psychiatrists and psychologists that we do have are being educated with theories from the dark ages.
While the cooperation between nurses and police sounds like a good idea. This idea belongs in prehistoric times. Diagnosis Schizophrenia must be done by a psychiatrist because making the diagnosis is a difficult process. As you can see our universities are operating in the dark ages we are asking you to send an email to
1. Without medication 10 to 13% of seriously mentally ill will commit suicide 2. 9% will commit a violent crime using a weapon 3. In Alberta we have 20,000 people suffering with schizophrenia without any treatment or medication milan papez sr milan papez jr

First, we want to tell you that you are truly a blessing to us. The world today is in critical need of such caring people. It is the ever-flowing witness of a tender heart like yours that causes others to see the love of Christ, and it's the love of Christ that draws people to salvation through Him. Your love will touch others in so many ways.
Secondly, to encourage your own heart as you pray, remind yourself daily that your heavenly Father's love for you and for this dear soul is even greater than your own. That is also true for the Lord's ability and will to help. His heart's desire is that all His children would know His peace and joy and spend time with Him in fellowship.
These comforting truths are not limited to this lifetime, which is filled with the shattered fragments of a fallen world. Yes, God can and does bless us here in many ways. But every child of God will one day step into Paradise with Jesus Christ, and they will know complete and total fulfillment of all God's promises and blessings. All who received Jesus as Lord and Savior will live forever in total bliss and happiness, every heart completely joyous, every body completely well, every need completely met, every promise completely fulfilled.
As we persevere through this life, it is that hope given us by Christ Jesus which strengthens us to carry on. It is His sweet Spirit Who lifts our hearts above whatever pains and burdens we may face. How true the words of the beautiful hymn that peacefully echoes throughout our hearts, "because He lives I can face tomorrow, because He lives all fear is gone." And because we know with all certainty that His loving hands alone hold our future, we can keep living, keep loving, keep hoping, and keep forgiving.
May God fill you and your loved one with strength and hope, bringing forth divine provision for every need and instilling you with peace beyond all understanding. God bless you.

Re: My Appeal Milan Papez, ID Number 803730
When it comes to advocating for the severely mentally ill in Alberta my language was not good enough for you however it appears that the city of Calgary police Chief Rick Hanson said it clearly and succinctly for all of you who do not know what you are talking about. I believe that the time has come for you to revisit my appeal. There is no excuse for the horrendous treatment in Alberta of the severely mentally ill for the past 25 years. There is absolutely no excuse for what has happened over this issue at the University of Calgary and the sad and rotten state of affairs in Alberta clearly falls on the shoulders of the educators in Alberta. The truly sad thing is that the University of Calgary stifled free speech. I believe that the time has come to change my mark and give me my gift certificate to the U of C bookstore and allow me to have lunch with my classmates, the time has come for all of us to do everything possible for the 20,000 severely mentally ill people in Alberta. I am enclosing a copy of Rick Hanson’s CBC press release.
